St. Petersburg, FL – Fosbel, Inc., a portfolio company of The Anderson Group, LLC, has purchased the assets of Wahl Refractory Solutions, LLC. A leading manufacturer and distributor of refractory precast shapes and castables, Fosbel Wahl will continue to operate out of Wahl’s Fremont, Ohio manufacturing plant. By acquiring the assets of Wahl, Fosbel will vertically integrate a portion of its supply chain, allowing it to better serve its international customer base. Further, this acquisition will enable Fosbel to gain entry into new markets such as cement and aluminum.
